Job Description
Ensures quality of food items. Prepares special meals or substitute items. Regulates temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Pulls food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensures proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish. Monitors the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
